After purchase and download, each video movie file must be unzipped using WINZIP or a similar program.
When the file is unzipped an appropriate player is required. Many of Lady Lydia’s videos are in rm and require Real Video Player 9 (or higher) [www.real.com].
More and more recent videos are in mov format and require a Quick Time player [quick-media-player.com/quicktime/index.asp?gclid=CNfb396g85ACFShsGgodwHx23A].
A few videos are in wmv format and require a Windows Media Player [www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b446ae53-3759-40cf-80d5-cde4bbe07999&displaylang=en].
Please make sure you have the correct player for the clips you plan to download.
• Scroll the Downloadable Videos page to see the series of videos presently available. For each series, select ‘See details’ to access the page giving full details about each video in the series.
• To add a video clip to your shopping basket, select ‘Download this video’, chose the number of clips you require in the box to the left of the screen cap for your chosen clip, then select ‘Add Product(s) to basket’.
• If you wish to add other clips to your shopping basket, select ‘Keep shopping’.
• When you have added all the clips you wish to purchase, select ‘Recalculate’, then ‘Checkout’ and enter credit card information to complete the purchase.
• When the transaction is complete you will be taken to the Receipt Page where your are files listed with links to download the video files. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the Receipt Page to download and rename each video file.
• The RECEIPT page cannot be bookmarked or emailed. If you lose the connection or close the browser, you will lose the RECEIPT page. You must then follow the steps set out below.
... the email confirmation of your purchase will include information for use in reestablishing the lost connection and continuing the download by linking to this page. However, only two reconnections are allowed.

Please note that reconnection is permitted only if a connection is lost before a download is completed. Multiple downloads are not permitted.
