After purchase and download, each photo set file must be unzipped using WINZIP or a similar program.

To make your purchase, please follow these steps carefully:

• Select ‘shopping cart’ to register your choice.

• When you select a photo set to purchase, your choice is recorded and you can return to the main OWK page to select additional photo sets.

• When you have made all your choices, select ‘Checkout’ and enter credit card information to complete the purchase.

• When the transaction is complete you will be taken to the Receipt Page where your files are listed with links to download the photo set files. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the Receipt Page to download and rename each video file.

• The RECEIPT page cannot be bookmarked or emailed. If you lose the connection or close the browser, you will lose the RECEIPT page. You must then follow the steps set out below.

If you lose the connection while a download is in progress ...

... the email confirmation of your purchase will include information for use in reestablishing the lost connection and continuing the download. However, only two reconnections are allowed.

If you lose the connection a third time before the download is complete, please email Lady Lydia’s Support Slaves! [support@surfmail.net].

Please note that reconnection is permitted only if a connection is lost before a download is completed. Multiple downloads are not permitted.
