Branding

Lady Lydia uses branding only on those select individuals who are capable mentally and physically of carrying a permanent mark on their bodies. She brands using one of a variety of techniques. She particularly enjoys strike branding, and her soldering iron for petit point branding. Lady Lydia has skills with moxibustion (a traditional Chinese medicine therapy using moxa, or mugwort herb), cell popping (the process of creating single-pore burns on the skin), and other forms of permanent marking uses high temperature implements for burn decorations or deformations in the skin. Lady Lydia does enjoy decorative burns, but she is especially thrilled with the brutality and ugliness of random and repeated strikes.

The individual approaching Lady Lydia for this form of play must be aware that these marks may never leave the body and may change in shape and scar consistency over time. Some brands may need to be re-applied after some time to ensure clear lines and an exacting permanence.
